This week we met with an existing recruitment agency who was interested in changing from their existing back office and accounts providers to our TBOS model.
On speaking to the Director we found that they currently had a company processing the invoicing and contractor payments, another company looking after the bookkeeping and management accounts and another company looking after the staff payroll and year end accounts. The agency also had an invoice finance company within the process so there was four companies looking after the back office and accounts for the agency.
The Director explained that each company was not fully completing their obligations but as there were other companies in the equation he found it confusing to know which company he should be asking for the information and figures.
We explained that TBOS would be handling all the back office and accounts for his company as well as managing the invoice finance relationship which gave the Director piece of mind that his company would be looked after properly going forward.
