TBOS prides itself on having a dedicated and experienced accounts team who can manage any size or type of recruitment agency’s back-office needs.

Formed in 2009, TBOS have over a decade’s experience in helping new start-up and existing recruitment agencies with their outsourced back office needs. This is hugely beneficial to recruiters as they are able to concentrate on selling and growing their agency.

David Cole, Stewart Roberts and Oliver Quantrill have many years’ of combined experience in back-office and accounting services to the recruitment sector. David has previously owned and run an accountancy practice and an umbrella company, whereas Stewart has in-house experience of managing the back-office of a large London-based recruitment agency. The pair are supported by qualified accountant Oliver Quantrill, their newly appointed Finance Director at TBOS. Using their combined skills and experience, they have developed a robust back-office service that allows recruiters to focus on recruiting, whilst TBOS looks after the complete administration side.

With that said, TBOS have developed a professional and experienced team of staff who cover every element of daily recruitment administration, this includes invoicing, management of agency payments and invoice finance, credit control, agency reporting and much more.

Pay & Bill 


Our specialist process team is managed daily by our Pay & Bill Manager Becky Walsh, she oversees all aspects of the contractor/permanent placement process and ensures all processes are completed efficiently and accurately.


Becky’s team is responsible for:

  • Timesheet verifications
  • Telephone & Email Accounts Support
  • Invoicing (UK & International)
  • Invoice Finance Management
  • Managing of Contractor Payments
  • Managing of Agency Payments

Credit Control


Our Credit Control team is managed by our Operations Manager Shannon Parr. Shannon ensures all contract and permanent invoices are verified and paid within payment terms.


Shannon’s team are responsible for:

  • Receiving Payments within Payment Terms
  • Telephone & Email Accounts Support 
  • Checking invoices
  • Managing Credit Limits
  • Producing Credit Control Reports


Our expert accounts team is managed by our Finance Manager Fiona Gent. Fiona ensures all of the TBOS clients bookkeeping is completed daily with management reporting delivered within the scheduled monthly deadlines.


Fiona’s team are responsible for:

  • Daily Management Reporting
  • Bookkeeping
  • Managing Bank & Invoice Finance Reconciliations
  • Managing Staff Payroll & Commissions
  • Completing & Submitting VAT Returns
  • Managing All Year-End Statutory Reports
