Introducing…

We’re an ever growing team here at TBOS. With the recruitment industry sitting at an all-time high and more than 5,000 new start-up agencies having been incorporated at Companies House in 2016, it’s no surprise that we as a company are expanding too. Our management team is the beating heart of us as a company and they keep the ship sailing. We’re launching a mini blog series that will see a feature on each key member of our management team, giving you an insight into who they are and what they do at TBOS.

Starting on the left, we have Stewart, our Director and the Captain of the TBOS ship. Next up is Dora, our wonderfully astute Payroll Manager.  In the middle you’ll see Emma, our ‘Legal Eagle’ and Contracts Manager. Fourth in line is Shannon, our widely talented Credit Control Manager (although she has wears quite a few different hats!). Last but not least we have Oli, our esteemed Accounts Manager and all around numbers man. Aren’t they a good looking bunch?!

The management team work really hard to ensure that each of our agencies are given the best possible back office and accounts service, meaning they have the time to be able to dedicate to growing their agency and ultimately, their profits.  Each manager oversees their department and staff to keep the well-oiled TBOS machine running, with Stewart at the helm.
