Dora is our Payroll Manager (or Miracle Worker as she likes to call it!) She manages our Pay and Bill Department and has been a part of the TBOS family since 2013. Originally born in Zary, Poland, Dora came to the UK to study in 2006. She has a BA Hons degree in English Language and Communication from Hertfordshire University. A dedicated member of the team, Dora started her TBOS career as a Payroll Administrator and worked her way up the ladder to join the management team in 2014.
As Payroll Manager, Dora oversees the Pay and Bill department who complete all of our daily processing here at TBOS. This includes processing timesheets, making all contractor payments, raising all sales invoices, managing invoice finance uploads/ drawdowns and generally being on hand to answer any and all payroll related queries that come their way! Dora and her team ensure that all timesheets are processed and all contractors are paid on time, every time.
After a busy week of payroll, Dora loves to have a balanced weekend – she spends her mornings spinning at the gym, and balances this in the evenings with a bottle of wine and a pizza. In the office we’re convinced that if you cut a cross section of Dora it would be purely pizza inside. She also likes to show off her Polish in the office – mostly the swear words but we’re all learning!
