TBOS Complete has a simple per placement/contractor fee structure which includes all the services an agency requires

The TBOS Complete model fee structure works differently to most of the back office and accounts providers in our industry as our fees are based on the placement productivity of the agency not based on the turnover of the business.

For Permanent only agencies, the fee structure is based on a “Per Permanent Placement Fee” of £50 per permanent placement (subject to a £250 per month minimum).  This fee per placement includes all of the services offered within the TBOS Complete model including the management accounts and year end statutory reporting.

For Contract/Temporary agencies, the fee structure is based on a “Per Contractor Per Week” basis where for every week the contractors, temps work we charge a set weekly fee.  The weekly fee is calculated on the number of contractors within the working month and the more contractors working the lower the weekly fee becomes based on a sliding scale.  Any permanent invoicing raised will also be charged on a per permanent placement fee of £50. Again the weekly fee charged includes all the services offered within the TBOS Complete model including management accounts and year end statutory reporting.

The only additional charges are for company formation (£150 + VAT per company), staff payroll (£40 for the first 5 employees and £5 for each employee thereafter) and online timesheets (Setup Fee and per contractor per month fee based on the number of working contractors within month).
