8 MONSTER CANDIDATES RECRUITERS ARE AFRAID OF THIS HALLOWEEN

Happy Halloween!

To mark the occasion, TBOS lists 8 monster candidates recruiters are likely to be afraid of this Halloween…

THE GHOST

This type of candidate you can never get a hold of, do they even exist? Probably best to ditch the countless phone calls and emails and try a Ouija board instead.

Ghost

Witch

THE WITCH/WARLOCK

Candidates like this cast a spell on you, they appear perfect for the role, getting all your hopes up that this is going to be a home run. Then all of sudden they disappear without a trace, wondering where you went wrong.

THE CLOWN

This type of candidate can ‘talk the talk’, but not necessarily ‘walk the walk’. They have no experience in the specific role but they’re confident they can fake it until they make it.

Clown

Vampire

THE VAMPIRE

These savvy candidates are the sh*t and they know it. They’ll drain as much as they can from the job offer, negotiating everything from salary, lunch breaks – so much so, it turns the employer off completely.

THE WEREWOLF

These types of candidates are perfect for the role, good experience, skills and personality. However, when it is time for the interview they turn into somebody completely different, they’re overconfident, argumentative and even beastly.

werewolf

Frankenstein

THE FRANKENSTEIN

A mish-mash of skills and experience (& personalities), this candidate is not sure what they want or what they really want to do, giving you the run around by applying for a variety of roles.

THE SKELETON

This candidate needs a little more meat on their application. Unfortunately, they have minimal experience, struggle to sell themselves, with their personalities just a bit… dead.

skeleton

zombie

THE ZOMBIE

This candidate was out last night, loves to socialise and probably a great fit for the role. However, they turn up to the interview exely hungover – or even still drunk.
