Our Dedicated Team
TBOS prides itself on having a dedicated and experienced accounts team who can manage any size or type of recruitment agency’s back-office needs.
Formed in 2009, TBOS have over a decade’s experience in helping new start-up and existing recruitment agencies with their outsourced back office needs. This is hugely beneficial to recruiters as they are able to concentrate on selling and growing their agency.
When an agency uses TBOS’s services, they do not get one dedicated person to look after their needs, instead they get three! They get an invoicing clerk, a credit controller and a bookkeeper, so an agency using the solutions can appear larger to their clients and the TBOS staff have the skills and experience to provide a dedicated service.
The TBOS departments are split into 3 areas:

Pay-And-Bill
- Timesheet Verifications
- Telephone & Email Accounts Support
- Contract & Permanent Invoicing (UK & International)
- Invoice Finance Management
- Managing of Contractor Payments (PAYE, Umbrella, Limited, Overseas)
- Completing & Submitting Intermediary Reporting
Credit Control
- Receiving Payments within Payment terms
- Telephone & Email Accounts Support
- Verifying invoices
- Managing Credit Limits
- Producing Debtor Reports

Accounts
